History of the Initiative

The “Mein Bildungsraum” initiative began in 2021. Many of the materials previously available on this website no longer reflect its current state but remain accessible for reference. In this section, you can find archived pages on procurement, funding projects, participation, and related materials - many of them in German. The most recent entries date from early 2025.

  • Participation and cooperation

    “Mein Bildungsraum” is diverse and is accompanied by a stakeholder process that brings together experts from various fields through specialist groups, EduLunch talks, workshop discussions and events.

  • Procurement

    The five components of the networking infrastructure are awarded via a dynamic procurement system that incorporates innovative approaches from small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups into the development process. An accompanying external evaluation serves to monitor success.
